Is there a fee for the mobile repair?

  • If your location is within 25 miles, there is no mobility fee.
  • If your location is outside the 25 mile radius, there is a $25 mobility fee.

Can repairs be completed at my residence?

  • Yes, if there are no replacement parts needed.

Do you provide same-day service?

  • Yes, for in-home repairs.
  • No, if replacement parts are needed.

If I am not home, can you pick-up my device?

  • Yes, if you leave your pre-packaged device in a predetermined location.

Is your service bonded?

  • Yes, all devices damaged by the service technician will be covered.
